Fibertech believes that every customer is important no matter the size or complexity of their project. Therefore, we assign a project manager to every project to ensure its successful completion.

Our project manager will be your main point of contact throughout your project. He or she will have the responsibility of ensuring that your project is completed in a timely fashion while maintaining budget parameters and quality workmanship. The project manager will also be the same individual that was involved with the design and/or estimating of your project. Therefore, you have the added benefit of dealing with one individual throughout the design/estimating phase and the installation phase of your project.

The following items are a partial list of the project management tools that we utilize throughout the installation of a typical project to ensure its success:

• Project kickoff meeting with PM, job foreperson, & crew
• Periodic project status meetings with the client
• Periodic quality control site inspections
• Change order review & cost engineering
